Senator Hamilton moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 5j, lines 14 and 15, by striking out the words “the requirements of §20-2-46(b) and (c) of this code” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “one of the conditions listed in §20-2-46e(b) of this code and submits to the division the certification provided for in §20-2-46e(c) of this code”.
